The Open Role:

As our agency witnesses the proliferation of digital transformation initiatives among both new and existing clients, we are actively seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team at the Amsterdam headquarters.

In this role, you will assume a pivotal position within our Salesforce team. Your responsibilities will not only involve supporting the team in establishing a robust practice, but also leveraging your technical consulting and project leading expertise to assist clients in overcoming their most significant challenges.

As a Experienced Salesforce Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact for (complex) projects. Your role entails being the lead liaison with our clients, where you will analyze requirements, devise solutions, and execute the most effective implementations.

What are we looking for in a Salesforce Consultant?

The Core:

In this role, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary and experienced Salesforce team, reporting directly to our Salesforce Core Team Lead, Menno. As an experienced consultant, you will take ownership of client engagements, guide functional and technical discovery sessions, and help shape the future of our Salesforce offering in the Dutch market and beyond.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects across a variety of Salesforce products.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box and low code customizations (plus: Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging and guiding their decisions with confidence and up-to-date platform knowledge.
  • Define functional specifications and coordinate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
  • Contribute to pre-sales, including scoping, estimating, and demoing solutions.
  • Share knowledge and help grow the internal Salesforce capability.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch, and strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience, with recent projects on and accurate knowledge of the following:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
  • Certifications: Preferably certified in above mentioned Cloud solutions, or able to demonstrate extensive project experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and platform limitations.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements (technical and business stakeholders) and collaborate with team members.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive projects.
  • Provide Salesforce advice, service, and support.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
